NON-DOMESTIC CHANNELS

EXTERNAL DUTY FREE AND CHANDLERY
We are always looking for ways to expand our duty free and other direct-to-customer channels, but in the meantime we supply other duty free organizations for better market coverage.

In 2016 we began to supply directly to ships chandlers with general food and beverage provisions, and cabin stores.

Chandlery supply introduced a new challenge where large orders were being requested at short notice, so local warehouse storage was increased near to the ports to supply this growing market.
As a wider range of products are available at the ports we supply, larger vessels are taking advantage and stocking up rather than waiting for a bigger port.
